Dirt nationals info?

Anbody know if the entry form has been released for the Dirt Nationals? I seen the form for the Asphalt Nationals, but I cant seem to find the one for dirt.

Can someone tell me with 100% confidence wether or not their is practice on thursday Oct 14 at Springfield?

Dave didnt have any of the specifics as he said the schedule is all up to INEX.
