How You Doing In 2008

I don't really want to discuss it until after I hear back from track management...officially as of now I was Dq'd for a track rule infraction dropping me from 11th to last.

I was able to make my first 5 races without any contact with another car. My last race I rubbed on two different cars in the heat race. Hit one of those big tires in the infield, and got slammed into hard enough to bend the rear end where you bolt the bumper on.

Overall once I get that back end straight enough to get a bumper on and tape up the rf fender not too much damage.

Now I have to find something that can convert .mov (quicktime) video into something I can compress and upload. My dad recorded part of the A main and Grant you did get some air.

Other people were telling me the same. I feLt the car lift but I didnt think it came of the ground as much as others are saying it did. It would be neat to see how it all went down.

Good news is I think i found a program or two that should work. I can cut just the wreck and keep the high res, not sure what my dads camera is but the videos look pretty good. I can also get to putting up that Chilton video and others that I have.

I hear from the stands that I negotiated through that wreck quite well...its one of those deals where you just stay off the brake and let instincts kick in and it didnt seem like a big deal at the time, but I guess it looked good from the other side of the fence 

Official scoring adjustment from Saturday: started 20th, finished 11th, DQ'd post race for having my muffler torn off after being hit, awarded 17th.  Quite a hit on double points night! Oh well, at least the muffler and header pipe look fixable!
