USLCI has recently posted that the 2014 Road Course World Finals will be held December 5-7 at Virginia International Raceway, (south course.) This race is usually held in California or Las Vegas, so this is a rare opportunity for us on the east coast to race our Legends cars together at 120+ mph.
I am not affiliated with USLCI or any dealer; I'm just an old Master's racer who would like to see a good car count at this event because it is so close to home. I have run at VIR several times and will gladly share any set-up information that is requested. I have only run a 2.50 gear there, but I think a 2.93 may also work, especially if you have a red ignition box.
The track is wide and the course has lots of run-off room. Even if you have never road raced before, but want to try, I would encourage you to plan on this event.
