can you use the same chassis for every body style, ie  change from a sedan to a coupe?

The sedan and coupe chassis are significantly different, as is the 34 coupe from the 40 coupe

Sedans are the same, 37 ford and chevy and  34 ford.  Flat top coupes are the same 34 chevy and ford, and round top coupes are the same 37 ford and 40 fords.
