Big Diamond Gear?
« on: October 01, 2008, 12:13:59 pm »
Anyone from that area have a suggestion for a gear at Big Diamond?  It looks like a 3.73 but I want to make sure I have the right gear in before I get there.

Thanks

Jeff,

I ran there early this year and ran a 3:58 but have been hearing that the gear to run is a 3:73. I couldn't really say what the 358 was like because the track really was rutted up. I'm starting with a 373 and taking a couple of gears with me. We should have time to change if the 373 doesn't work out.

Thanks Scott, I have run the 3.73 at all of the dirt tracks this year and it has worked great so I think i will stick with it.
