Hey Jim,
 Your best bet is to lock her in her room until she's 40.
Hopefully, you'll be old and senile by then!
If not; Buy her a set of luggage and a one way bus ticket to anywhere she wants to go.
It's cheaper!!! ........................... Trust me on this one!!!!
Then Move and leave no forwarding address!!!

Unless you can teach her to be your pit crew and head mechanic..................................................
