Wildwood Calipers

I have been chasing brake issues for awhile. Seems pistons on Wilwood calipers stick or do not release fully once they heat up a bit on the track. They spin all day long once cooled down. Have rebuilt them, service them after each race, etc...Wondering if in fact the caliper is worn from the piston over time and not staying true to the hole for it to slide?

Are you sure the calipers are parallel to the rotors? Also, do you have the shims in properly? These seem the to be the biggest issues I have seen that cause the Wilwoods to stick.

I spent alot of time shimming them, servicing etc... Ordered a new set this week, noticed the bottom side of the piston gets marked up  with scratches etc after each race, but the top side of the piston is super clean. Thinking calipers are wore or pistons aren't not staying square to hole in the caliper. I will let you know if new calipers solve the issue.
