Remote oil filter

Bought a car with a remote oil filter. Are they all the same? As in, do they all take the same filter?  It has a Fram HP1 on it now, and I refuse to use Fram. Wix or K&N.

Its a standard filter thread the Ford has used longer than you've been alive.
Just make sure you get 3/4"-16 thread pitch when you switch
