Handling advice!!

My 16 yr olds 12 race, he cant get the car to pass coming off corner the back breaks loose!!!
Is he just trying to pass to soon,and pinching the corner??
Or is the car to tight??
Should he be able to turn down under someone coming out of the corner?
Most recently at Sportsdrome on a 330 gear in 3rd!

If that problem is happening at sportsdrome it is likely tight in the middle and as you turn down it wants to come around.

Might have a tight loose condition going on. Lots of wheel in the car mid corner as he is getting on the gas, car will snap around fast if he is not on it.
