Well I was checking 600's site tonight and they list the motor for $6435  no carbs.  :o :o WOW. A little different than the flyer they have  at $5499--no carbs they have posted in the "announcements" section of the site.   So I wonder which it is????    ::) ::)

I'm sure it was a typo as they would never tell anyone anything but the truth.

I guess you can pick your price...

$6435 no carbs

$5499 no carbs

On a side note. The first listing, $6435 with no carbs, is on their online catalog. The reason this is noteworthy is that USLC has not been updating this for years. They have told the racers that they did not want to compete with local dealers, thus stopped the e-commerce of their parts.

Guess they are looking to take business away from their dealers too now.

Jim, the pricing on the online catalog is incorrect, which lends to your comment that it hasn't been updated in years. Not sure how this means they are competing with dealers. I will sell you a 1250 with no carbs for that price all day long if you want to pay it, but again, that price isn't even close to correct.

The pricing on the online catalog was just updated within the last 2 weeks on the sealed engine.
Since they have updated that, I would be concerned, as a dealer if I were one, that they will be updating other things on their website.
Simple economics says they make more money selling to the drivers directly.
Doesn't affect me at all, just wanted to note that they are updating the online catalog now.
