We gotta show USLC that Dirt is where it is at and that WE DO put on GREAT shows.. especially the nationals

 Thanks Jim... I would like to see this venue a success. USLCI has been good to us dirt guys by allowing  dirt tires, thicker plates etc.. and I would like to see a SUPER showing at the Dirt Nationals in appreciation for what they have done for us. I know the cars are out there in this division that have the capability of a catastrophic showing for the event. Locally here we can draw 40 IMCA  Mods on a friday night, so at a LEGENDS CARS NATIONAL event, I don't see why we can't draw 4 times our weekly showing of that number for a national event.
 If you fellers see or talk to ANY Legends Cars Dirt drivers... light a fire under their butts to make a showing at this event...PLEASE  ! No excuses..
Thanks guys... I just hate it when I hear the mother ship thinks OUR Dirt Nationals are going to be a flop... LETS GETTER' DONE this year and show them what we got !

I know I'm being one-sided but I think everywhere I have gone the best "race" on the track was the Legends. I have raced both asphalt and dirt and can say that Legends on dirt is even a little better. I wish I could go but I just have to many iron in the fire this year. Hope to make it next year and would love to see it move back to the east for a couple of years too.

There are only a handful of entries in so far.
Most of the guys I have talked to are waiting to make sure they don't destroy their car during the end of the season.
I know thats why I haven't sent my entry in yet.

Tonight or tomorrow I am splitting a 1200 bottom end open to check it out. If all goes right, we might drag the 0¢ car over that way.
Wanda's time off from the bank for those days was approved. Depending what goes on with this bottom end will determine if we have a small trailer hanging off the Sport Trac's bumper or not. I'm not taking the diesel and gooseneck.
If only a handful are registered, this don't look good... sad deal.
I agree, Legends put on a good show everywhere. Makes you wonder how many more we would have if  tracks like BRRP in Glyndon MN wouldn't let Legends compete without being registered with INEX. You know we won't see a ton of those cars at the Nats....

i flipped my new car at lincoln a few weeks ago ,then I let a kid drive my second car. I still have some repaires to do to that one.
