Front to rear weight percentages for asphalt
« on: April 29, 2013, 11:36:28 am »
I was curious what kind of rear weight % most people run on asphalt and what would more or less rear % would do  for the handling on entry and exit  I now have 52.% with driver and wanted to increase to hopefully lessen the tight condition I have on exit

Rob,

52%  rear weight is likely alright.
Look at these issues:
1) Not enough stagger
2) Too much cross weight
3) Right front spring too soft
4) Right rear spring too soft
5) Too much front brake bias
6) Rear roll center too low
7) Roll understeer present in the chassis
8) Too much right front itre pressure
