shocks?

Just wondering how often most of you guys change shocks? I mean with out a crash of course.

I only change mine when they break off or am in a crash...so thats about once a year too  :P

Hey scott let me know if your interested ? I might be buying a set of shocks brand new from a guy, he said these have been dynoed I really dont need dynoed ? just need new shocks.
