Proper Way to Setup
« on: January 27, 2012, 12:16:19 pm »
Have a few questions, we are starting to set up our cars on ur own now, in the past we used a shop.

Is the proper sequence: Caster,Camber, toe, cross, square rear end?

When squaring the rear end is that done with car in air (weight off wheels) or car on ground.

What is the proper way to set caster on these cars with a gauge?

What is the proper way to set toe with toe plates?

I'm sure I'll think of more but that's all for now.

Set your caster and camber first in the Right Front tire.  Then square the rear end and set your wheelbase on the right side.  Then set the left front caster camber.  Then ride heights, cross and last toe.
