Blown 1250

Hello I need some help I have a 1250 with less than 10 races on it.  The motor has all the best stuff.  THe motor broke the crank.  I was asked by someone that needs the short block for his motor that  put a rod into the case and took a chunk out of the jugs.  I need to know what the value of the short block is.  That would be - head, started, alt, clutch etc.  Just cases, trans, jugs, rods and pistons...

 Tough question!
Is this person making you a reasonable (acceptable to you) offer?
Do you really want to part with it? Or, Would you be better off saving it for spares?

 You could try comparing parts for sale on eBay. Or compare price of new part costs.

 Hope that gives you some idea.
