hi all on 600 racings site I was looking at seats. What is the differents in 15" 16" 17" 18" seats ?? Thanks john

Its  how wide the seats are.  I need the fat butt model 17 inch   I am 6 3 and 250 and  also need a seat that sets back in the car. I had a seat that was 20 degree layback and that pushed the front of the seat in to the door opening.  This made the car very hard to get in and out of.  So, I have a 17 wide and 10 degree layback which allows me to be as far back as u can b in one of these cars.....

Kirkey racing told me to sit down and have someone measure a straight line across the buttox to determine the width of seat.  16 inch is standard.

do the coupes or sedans have more leg room  anyone ??

The lower part of the frames are the same, its the roll cage over the drivers head that gets tight.  THe round top coupes have less head room if you are a big driver.  Like I said I am 6 3 @250 and I have a sedan.  I would not say that I have a ton of room, but I am ok.  I need a 10 degree seat to get my butt back so my knees are not hitting the steering wheel.  I also just put a longer steering shaft in , about 3 inches longer.  That moved the steering wheel towards the seat and gave me more leg / knee room.....
