« on: May 17, 2011, 02:00:32 am »
I checked in the rule book and I didn't see anything about it having to remain a flat top, Has anyone tried these kits http://www.allstarperformance.com/product.htm?prod=872&part=ALL64143&add=no

Since the spring we use is a 1 7/8" ID, not sure how you'll be able to use a 2 1/2" coil over adjuster, but feel free to give it a shot if you like

wow, I was tired. I didn't even catch on to that last night.  what my thought process was last night was a cap that didn't allow my springs to pop out of place. http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Bilstein-Small-Body-Steel-Coilover-Kit,6871.html

We just use a couple zip ties through the holes in the USLCi coil over kit. I would think you would still have the chance of the spring coming off with the unit linked to, as there are no holes

I use zip ties also, but would imagine that you could use a couple loops of safety wire through the holes and around the spring if you want something stronger.
