Driving and Setup classes

Has anyone attended either of these classes? If so what can you say good or bad about them? Or do you know of any other classes that may be better, east coast area?

Depending on were you are, Mike Patrick formally of Little Race cars does a very good full day set up class with hands on at the end of the day.
