Any one get paid yet?

Just was wondering if anyone has received a check yet from USLC. I know I'm being optimistic but was hoping that with the sponsors this year that we might get a couple more bucks.

Scott, you're so silly.  Why would you think that us racers would get extra money, we are paying for Darells vacation right now.

No check but I did fill out a W9 like he asked.  I asked about payout and he said semi pro was $400 to win and pro was $1,000.  I dont want to hear the whining, if you want to race for the big bucks you gotta play with the big boys.

Your just trying to get me going on that whole Semi-Pro/Pro thing and I'm going to fall for that but I still think it is wrong. You don't have to crush any hopes that I have on money either...........

I didn't plan on getting paid, it makes life easier.
The only place you know you're getting paid is your home track (hopefully).
I learned that this year with a trip to Iowa and leaving with a wrecked race car and a $15 check.

Remember at the announcement for the Million dallar race, they also said that payouts were going to increase 200 times more than before...wonder what they meant...of if they actually said it. I can't find it anywhere, but distictly remember hearing it.

Nope. I would expect Darrel would be the one who has to give them the results and everything, which he probably wont due until he finishes up the  "world finals" from yesterday, so if we do actually get paid, it should be sometime before the 1st of the year.
I still plan on not getting paid anything though

Darrel actually called me last week because I hadn't turned in a W9 and he said they had the checks for the dirt nationals printed. So I faxed him a copy down. I think this convo took place 10/29. I haven't gotten anything yet.
