Do the new and rebuilt engines that you purchase from USLegendscar come with the carb?

Nope, carbs are extra. The only thing the engine comes with is the alt & starter...nothing else as far as bolt on items.

I don't know if my answer is applicable. I did not notice last night that this was in the Bando thread and thought we we talking about the Yamaha.

Sorry, if it caused any confusion.

Does anyone have the specs for the Bandolero engine?  Other than the quote"As delivered from INEX" like numbers, piston size, valve length, intake and exhaust, deck height, pop up or in hole, head depth, lifter size, has any one looked inside the oil pump for a presure releaf spring.  What are the cam timing and lift numbers?  Has anyone looked inside to see if the squerls are still alive.  I for one would like to know what I 'm buying.  Tim Worthy

Bando engines come complete with carb, air filter and even a fuel filter.  The vacuum for the fuel pump is routed to the intake manifold.  If you are running a restrictor plate re-route the vacuum to toe fitting on the valve cover and change the jets.  If you are not running a restrictor plate, stock jets are usually best.

Many of the specs you are looking for can be found in the Briggs & Stratton Vanguard Engine repair/overhaul manual.  The cam specs for the 600 (USLC) camshaft are probally locked in a vault somewhere or maybe in a "mayonaise jar on Funk & Wagnels porch!"

Here is a link to the parts manual.

The overhaul manual is available at Briggs&Stratton.com
