Most tracks will let spectators visit the pit area after the races. Some will let you buy a pit pass. Either way, go down to the pit area and talk with some of the drivers and parents. Check out the cars! Most are very friendly and will answer your questions. They may also be able to help you locate a bando car for sale in your area.
