Steve Smith-Dwarf Car Technology

I have an opportunity to buy in to the Steve Smith catalog of books. I would assume that the most desired one on here would be "Dwarf Car Technology", but there is a wide selection. "Dwarf  Car Technology" retails for $24.95, I should be able to get them to you in the high teen to 20 range plus actual shipping depending on the quantity ordered. The more people that order, the less it will be as the shipping and handling to me will be divided amongst more people. I'm not going to make a penny on these for members of Legendsracer.com, as I feel is is a must have piece of your set-up library.

 There is a minimum order, so I need to know if there is any interest before I can place it, as I don't need to be sitting here with a case of books.

I know I've learned alot from it, and I think Steve (justfreaky) treats his copy like the bible.

Anyone who would be interested in a copy, please let me know so I can see if this would be something I can do for you guys...just send me a PM if you would want a copy.

That's Great!!! Steve Smith Autosports Publications publishes some good books on all types of racing.
This book really is about the only thing out there on these little motorcycle powered cars. It is a pretty easy to understand book for folks that are new to these cars. I swear by it! Have bought a few copies for some here on the site. I've worn out 3 copies myself. Not crazy about their set up video, but it is OK.

Do you have to buy all the same book, or can you mix and match to make an order?

"Dwarf Car Technology" is 119 pages, with chapters on Performance Handling Basic, Safety Systems, Front Suspension & Steering, Rear Suspension & Driveline, Shocks, Tires & Wheels, Braking System, Chassis Set -Up In The Shop, Adjusting The Handling At The Track (asphalt and dirt). Lots of pics! Great tips and advice. Good section on Toyota parts you can find at your local wrecking yard. Over-all, a very well done and easy to understand book.

        I didn't want to reply as I already have two myself...I just don't need anymore. Both were given to me by racers who were getting out many years ago...I give them to new racers as a reading guide and they return it after they are done with it. I will ask the next new person if they are interested in buying one and tell them about you.

I can say that I bought this book before I bought my legends car and the book is fantastic.  It is really the only good reference for setup and handling on these types of cars.  I recomend it for eveyone (not that my recomendation should hold much weight).
