Won my heat in Angell Park tonight. Tightened it up for the feature, but not enough. Kept spinning my tires coming off the corners and didn't tighten it up enough but still managed a 6th place finish. Again have some good ideas on what to adjust for next week.

It was one of those questionable ones. After discussion between officials and the affected driver, the right decision was made, even if it does knock me down a place.  ;)

Get 'em next week !
From peeps runnin my set-up, found my prediction was right.... change the caster quite a bit from what the BFG needed and it gets off th ecorner great.
Good news here, wife found a good bottom end that I had stashed at home for the 1200. After Andee ran my chassis it pulled a cylinder stud. I Time Serted the stud and it pulled out of the case again after her second run with my car. Case is soft (this was an asphalt car from down south). So I have a job to do when the health improves.
Oh yes... Thank You USLC for the tire

Started 3rd tonight. Grant started 2nd and got a good jump to the lead. I was running him down until i hit a tractor tire on lap 7. Maybe a bent steering arm/tie rod, but nothing serious. Ended up being a good finish, though. DJ caught Grant and took the lead. Grant gave him a little tap in 1/2 and took the lead back. Drag race down the back stretch through 3/4 and Grant beat him by about a foot at the line. Bummer that i hit that tractor tire, i would have been on his bumper in another 2-3 laps and could have been a 3 car battle for the win. Congrats to Grant on the W

Ethan,

Too bad about the tractor tire incident. I hope things aren't too bent up.
Sounds like DJ had a good night.

An altogether good night for Legendsracer folk in Wisconsin (that avoided the tractor tires in the infield.)
1. Grant
2. DJ
5. Me (First top 5 ever in an A main. The top 10 streak is still alive, and now it's kicking)
6. Joey

Ethan and Brandon both hit tractor tires while running in the top 5

Williston Invitational - The ND Legends found themselves in Williston ND last night for their one race of the year at the facility. 12 cars total showed up, thanks to Mn Dealer Tim Brockhouse for bringing 4 along with him. Heat races seen a track that was a little rough as they clicked off well. Brockhouse was taken out in the heat race and started tail end of the field for the feature. Once again, if they are not posted already, Cameron Soggee of Minot ND will have in car video posted on You Tube (Camd8's channel). That is the track where I used to race Mini Sprints. Seems a little mis-communication between drivers and track officials as far as feature lap length was at hand. All local drivers are used to a 20 lap feature, Williston Basin Speedway decided to shorten it to 12 laps. Coming from the back Brockhouse finished 3rd with Jordan Huettle in the top spot and ND dealer Ivan Sailer second. I would like to thank all ND and MN Legends racers for making the show possable.
The next race on tap for the local Legends is in Glyndon MN. Cameron informed me his father will have a vid camera handy so more clips that are not in car will be available from that race soon. Have a safe and good 4th of July weekend my freinds !

Steve - You along with a bunch of my freinds including Kevin Yeatts, Jeff Jordan etc... somehow disappeared of my Facebook  friends page ?? I will send you another friend request, thanks

Car ended up checking out ok. Bent lf steering arm, replaced. Tie rod looks straight, but will replace just to be sure. Could have been worse...
