 Yikes ! LOL, we really prefer not to win the championship that way. I suppose though,  Andee did get one car totalled this season too. I'm heading over to their shop tonight to degree in the cams on the sedan she is running now. The motor just has no glory so we're going to throw some magic degree numbers at the cams, compliments of my good friend Hank Scott.

Interesting.... the cams were off one tooth in that motor. All the valves were too tight too. So, only 3  more races of telling her where she needs to finish. Finally, she will be able to go out there and have fun racing.

 I'll mention it when she gets back. Skipped a Mini Sprint ride to fly down to Texas this weekend.  Don't know if she does message boards on the net or not. Last I remember her on the computer, on the way back from a race in Minnesota she busted out laughing from the back seat of the truck. She handed me her laptop to watch "The Pooter" on You Tube. LOL... good humor !

 I know I sent you a gear ratio chart for the rear end final ratios per engine gear, here is the transmission output breakdown

Gear  Gear teeth  Ratio
1st        40/14       (2.857)
2nd      36/18       (2.000)
3rd      33/21       (1.521)
4th      31/24       (1.291)
5th      29/26       (1.115)


Primary reduction ratio            98/56     (1.750)
Secondary reduction system  40/17     (2.353)

We are racing at Anderson Speedway (in Indiana) this Saturday!!  Not sure if Chris and Heath are going to be there.

It has been already announced that there will be no heat races????  That frustrates me because I love racing and anthing that reduces the amount of time I can spend in my car is sad.

Does this happen to other series alot?  It seems like this is the 5th or 6th time this year that we skipped heat races?

This Saturday should be good as I will be running the correct rearend gear for the first time (3.73) at this track and I was only .1 second of Linley last time with the wrong gear!  Plus after going through tech at Columbus last week I realized my ride heights were WAY off.....as in the lowest I was to the ground on any any one corner was 4 inches.....so I lowered all 4 corners by 1/2 inch.  So well see what that does!!


Plus I started repainting my car this week. ......I needed a change in luck so I painted the wheels, hood and trunk (the easiest to paint) flat black.  Car kinda looks funky now but I don't care, she's all mine!

I'm working on our Series director to get a date for the Eldora race!  Maybe we can get some of you "northerner" dirt guys to come down and show us how to slide on dirt (or at least me, don't help Chris or Heath).
