Brake Light wiring

Hello -
New owner here, and I'm going to be doing some SCCA road racing with my car which requires the use of a brake light. Has anyone here done this before, and if so, whats the preferred method. Thanks!

I would use a pedal switch, not a fan of pressure switches as its just another place to leak

You could use the pull switch off a motorcycle, also.
That's my plan.
