So they can just make stuff up so it looks like they are penalizing people?
Seems pretty lame to me. Either have it or don't, don't be half-assed about it.

I agree LOL, who knows if those penalties are real. I'm sure it is just  hoax like other things that have put out there. I do know that one of the penalties is true, a Bandolero team got suspended for 6 months due to prepping tires at the R/C winter races. Oops!
