i was just wondering what everyone uses to cut lead blocks in half?

I would think a hacksaw would be fine...don't know though.
Lead is soft, anything serrated should work on it.
We have a casting and melt and make our own, so I can't say for sure.

Any saw will work, it just clogs up the teeth.

also if you spray wd40 on it or eqiv it helps from clogging some

try a air hammer with cutting tip does real good on big chunks.

Even drilling the holes for bolt gets a little tough sometimes. Along with clogging, the drill hole can heat up and expand enough to grab the bit. Like everyone said, just go slow. Also, don't eat the lead shavings either.
