Whats everyone use to cut the steel braided fuel line?  I was thinking about using a cut off wheel?

I wrap the area to be cut with masking tape (keeps it from fraying) , and use a cut off wheel

Alright i figured, i got the new lines from us legends and they were all pre cut but they seem way to long so i wanted to shorten them up a bit

Thanks,

I wrap the hose twice with electrical tape then cut between the sections of tape. that way the line will not fray to bad then leave tape on and clamp.  Make sure you blow lines out good with air before you install                                                                                                                                                               Vern

I would also suggest after the lines are installed that you run a pint or so of fuel through the line before making the carb connection.

Nope that's exactly what i needed thank you.  my car lines look similar i was just thinking about shortening the 2 shorter ones so its less of a loop and more of a direct line

Thank you,
Dan
