Race Rentals?

With the big race coming up next week -- I was wondering if there are teams "renting" cars for drivers outside the region. Say its a Vegas driver that wants to attend, but doesn't have time for the cross country haul.

when we where down charlott 2 weeks ago we blew a cam and was looking for a car ,there are some around ? we lucked out and 600 fixed our motor intime to make the shootout.

I'm sure there are folks out there that would be willing to rent you a car for a large price.
It's going to be a free for all from what I can see so far.

I read on LN and LS where some people are buying new cars just for the race. They have 2 guys from the Netherlands buying new cars for the race and then will have them shipped home after the race.
