Just wanted to let everyone know to stay away from the 1314 Wisco Piston Engine listed for sale under asphalt legends cars on Racing Junk. I purchased a complete car from that guy and found out later it had a similar engine with same pistons that was sealed. My bad for buying I guess(it was my first own Legends car). However, I only ran the car two shows at the end of last year, tuned engine up over the winter, and then after one practice session this past spring it lost all oil pressure. Some of the other issues found were three stripped camshaft hold down clamp bolts, intaked cam(was pinned) totally cracked in the center of shaft, oil pump screen spot welds broke with screen partially collapsed, incorrect oil filter on top of other numerous issues. Besides being illegal, I would not put any stock in it being reliable after what I went thru. Just wanted to make others aware so they don't get taken like I did by this guy in Asheboro, NC. Anyone who knows me knows I don't sell junk and this guy sells junk.
