I install the JAZ  one qt breather bottle with a -8 fitting on customers cars that want them. i mount it on the firewall, run the breather hose forward around the front of the carbs, over the top of the carbs and into the fitting on the bottle. Make sure the hose has consistant drop back to the engine. If it has low area(s) it will hold oil and pressurize the crankcase.

I use part number - 605-825-01

I think the same as the oil cooler lines that go to the top end lines.Or use a tranny line hose.It is thicker than fuel line.

I use -8 blue push-lock hose for this. It is stiff enough that it does not kink under the carbs when it gets hot. It is a 1/2 I.D. and hooks right to the engine and allows me to use a -8/90' A/N fitting on the other end at the bottle. I don't have any cars in the shop right now with the JAZ bottle. But there one here with an aluminum bottle that has been routed the same way. He used a hydraulic hose that he got from his autopartstractor supply, but it doesn't need to be that heavy of a hose for the application. I will take a photo and stry and send it a little later.
