alright i had a leak coming from were my neutral light switch is located on the back of the block i got it off fixed the problem and putting it back to gether i broke an ear off the white plastic piece that contains the o ring i need to know where i can get another one of those pieces and the proper name of the piece didnt c it listed on 600 raing. Dont feel like dissing out the money for a gear indicator either.

I would imagine that a bike shop that services Yamahas would be able to order it for you. Otherwise, one of the legends motor builders or the 600 Racing engine shop would probably be able to get one.

It is called a gear indicator plate.
For the single wire one, you should be able to get it from your local bike dealer. It can also be had through 600 racing.
The 6 wire one is part# 955X00X331 @$79.95 through 600 racing.

You wont find most parts listed on 600's website. they havent updated that in years, since they stopped taking internet orders, in order to try to direct more business to the local dealers. best bet is to call 600 parts dept directly, unless you have a dealer that you trust
