Title: Wheel Tethers

Subject came up a few weeks back on one of the Facebook sites. I could not find the guys post to post the instructions from back when. We had a small discussion about it back in 2008. Anyway, here is a pic of the instructions on how to mount wheel tethers.

The way I read the post lead me to believe that this is a NJ rule. Could not find that in the INEX rule book or the NJ track rule book.
