Hey guys, I'm new to Legends and looking seriously into buying a car for next season. I was just wondering how many races you can typically put on an engine before it needs to be rebuilt. Thanks for any help :)

Cool, so it looks like when you get to around 30 you should atleast be thinking about a rebuild. Next question: How much does a rebuild generally cost?

That would depend a lot on what you can do yourself. As far as sending it out, I don't know. I'll leave that to those that know more than I do.

For me.. I know next to nothing about engines unfortunately. But I'm sure I'll be learning a lot more by the time I actually get my car for next season.

Its a learning curve, but you'll learn quick! You have to :).
But yeah, 30 races is about right. Also, changing the oil every 2 - 3 races is a must to make that 30.
And Dustin: Are you still sim racing?
