i have a 34 ford coupe that we just got together and goin. if the car is loose in,fair in the middle and alil loose off, would swapping the rear shocks be helpful or no? would also like to be able to run alil higher groove for passing opprotunities. its sprung lf300,rf325,lr185,rr200. running 30psi in r side and 20 on the left. 1/4 mi flate asphalt track.

i mean switching shocks/springs and all. ::)

A lower rate spring in the RR will tighten it up, at least on dirt. I assume the same would carry over to asphalt

Whats your cross weight and wheel base?
-
my cross weight was 47.9% when we took it to the track. dont remember the wheel base other then it was legal with a go/nogo bar. havnt had a chance to scale it again since race night. i have since noticed that the rr tire sticks out beyound the rf by an 1-1 1/4 so il be needing to move the rf out, im 6 in between frame and drum on lr.

If your loose in your cross is to low normally 49% is a good area for cross. I'd raise that up and try it out.
