Title: Setup help, new track in Canada
Post by: iburgess on April 13, 2013, 02:33:43 am
Hey folks,
I am brand new to Legends racing and my home track will be hosting some races this season. We are located way up north near Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada on the Alaska Highway. Anyways I am looking for a ballpark setup to try on the car to start. Here is what I know about the track. Gearing ideas will help as well as camber cutting for tires? I have experience running a pavement IMCA modified. If you look up Hythe Motor Speedway on youtube you will see videos of the track.

Hythe Motor Speedway
Length: 3/8 mile
Banking: High (13 degrees)
Surface: Asphalt, older, fairly abrasive
Two groove track.

Thank you in advance for your input!
