I guess that would depend on if you bent valves or if there is any other damage to the engine. I am thinking that you will need to pull the heads to find out.
But I will leave that question to the engine guru's.

Which cam broke?

Pull the valve cover, you can then see if any of the valve buckets are still depressed which indicates bent valves.

You could also do a leak down test on the two cylinders that have the broken cam.

Look at the lobes and make sure they are not depressing the valves and then do a leak down. If air pours out of the header,t hen you have bent valves.
