Title: Engine difference between plate and no plate

Is the there a difference with engines.. Is there a differnce in valve settings and carbs?

Paul,

I'm going to guess that you will need to make changes in your jets. Are you using the red plate or blue plate?
I'm thinking that you will need to make gearing change also.
Sorry that I don't have any specific information for you. Perhaps Ed or someone can give you more information.
