Title: Oil for engine

I run at a track that's like daytona for bandos we run a blue plate and hold it to the floor the whole track I was wondering what's the best oil to run ???   ( langley speedway )

Any oil that wil make me faster or keep the engine running good ?

The synthetic oils seem to help the engine run cooler. I think they are a bit better as far as reducing friction on the engine also.
