Title: Floor pan and fuel

I was working on the bando today and started to smell gas and looked and found the fuel line had a split at the fitting at the tank. The scary thing is all  the fuel ran into the cockpit at pooled under the seat and soaked the belts.  I  will be sealing all the joints at the fire wall and floor pan and drilling a small hole at the battery side of the pan just in case it does leak again, it will drain out of the car,not in the cockpit. The fuel line was less than a year old and I suspect the split happened when we hit the wall last week.

Good thing you found it when you did. Definately something to keep an eye open for.
