Grundy County questions
« on: June 09, 2009, 05:29:46 pm »
Hi Everyone,
Can some of the racers that run at Grundy County help me with a few questions?  It is the closest paved track to St. Louis and I would like to head up there a couple of times this season to race with the legends.

-Is there a registration fee, membership fee, or do you just pay for the pit passes?
-There are some Saturday and Sunday weekends on the schedule on the website.  Are these two day events, or full races each day?
-Any unique rules for the track that I need to know about?

Thanks,
John

Maybe one of these days I'll get up there to race with you guys.  Not sure who all is going to Eldora in October, but I might try to make it out there.

After building an asphalt car a few years ago just in time for the track to change to dirt, I feel like I have some unfinished business with the pavement.  Need to get in a few races to see what I have been missing.

Ahhh, I understand.
I'm hoping to do Eldora, but it just happens to be my wedding anniversary, so she's not liking the idea a whole lot...hadn't said "no", but isn't too happy  ;)

Jim,

Just a pointer, if she says "Do whatever the f*** you want", that doesn't mean "yes".   ;D

I'm hoping to make the Eldora trip too.  Hope to see some of you there.

Just move your wedding anniversary.  There are plenty of good day on the calendar each year that would not get in the way of racing.   ;)
