At the carbs you just clamp the new hose

Wrap the area that you will cut tightly with masking tape and use an air powered cut off saw.  That is just what I had available in the garage and it seems to work.

DO be sure to wrap the hose with masking tape! Makes a mess out of the braid if you don't.
A hacksaw will work for the cutting.

wrap the line with yellow electrical tape  cut  inbetween the  wrap leave tape on and put clamp on the tape  part make sure you blow out your line before the carb connect
