Thank you to all for the prayers and thoughts.  Nice to know so many people care.  :)

I'm doing good.  Little sore but good.  Up and moving around driving my wife nuts.  ;D :D

Should be able to get back to work next week but only on a light duty schedule, for 6weeks.
