HOW TO: Format to post an Avatar

Create an Avatar 90x90 pixels or less and put it on your desktop.
On the website, Go to "Profile" and in the  "Modify Profile" menu on the left, click "Forum Profile Information"

The third radio button down is "I will upload my own picture:"  select this and use the browse button to find the picture file on your desktop.

Scroll to the bottom of the web page and click save.  You should now see your avatar.
