spark plug torque

Hi all, Am new top this and A friend of mine is just getting started driving a legend car and has no notes to go by,,,so we were wondering if anyone know the torque for spark plugs? it is a 1250 sealed motor...we are in the pa posse area in the north east...thanks

 I don't know of a spark plug torque spec;
but what I do is insert the plug into the socket and screw each plug in by hand until the gasket seats. If new plugs tighten another 1/2 turn. If used plugs, 1/4 turn.
 You might put a small drop of oil on the threads also.

The manual states 17.5 Nm or 12.5 ft lbs.
