oil starvation #2 rod

busted bisquit:
New to this  site any response will be appreciated. Have been helping some guys with their cars and have built a few engines. I have noticed that when these engine do blow it seems to be #2 rod that goes. It looks to be oil starvation. #1 and #2 rod are oiled from #2 main and #3 and #4are oiled from #4 main anyone have any thoughts on why #2 rod is being starved for oil?
