What is the minimum amount of races required to win a state championship?

Don't think there is one. If you're the only guy in your state in your class on your surface, you "win"

I had thought I had heard it was a 4-5 race minimum? I just wanted to verify. I am the only Pro road racer in the state of MA collecting points however, I race part time. :)
