Anyone know what the toyota calipers make year is? Had heard 78-80 Toyota celica. Also know where can purchase them?

Late 70's Toyota. I'm sure most parts stores could order them for you if you take yours in for them to match it up.
Otherwise I have a new pair in stock from USLC
