Does anyone have any thoughts on the new rear weight rule?

No problem here.  Just checked my setup and my car meets the new 52% rule WITHOUT driver as is.  ;D

Jim I believe you are right, used to be 52% left side, and 52% rear.

I think that was the rule last year and it's just getting added to the book now? Did they fix the light weight wheel + dirt tire rule to the correct minimum weight?

BTW - I got my 2016 INEX rulebook with decals package in the mail yesterday.  WOW!  Early for a change  ;)   Rule for American Racer dirt tire + wheel must weigh at least 22 pounds(page 60). Last year it read 28 pounds.

Mark,

Any links to this years rulebook yet? I have not seen one yet.
We have a few folks asking for the new rulebook.
Any help is appreciated!

Sorry Steve, I do not know of any links as 600 Racing website still only lists 2015 rules. I suspect others members will be receiving their packets shortly.

Thanks Randy,
I saw that also. Was hoping they would actually post the whole rulebook for 2016.

I'm going to assume the only ones who have more than 52% rear weight are these 120 Lb kids that have a shit ton of lead in the rear too make weight. I don't think I have 52% with me in the car, could be wrong though, have to check my sheet.
