What does your track require for gear/plate?

I am trying to gather some info for a local use.  Can you  please tell me what RULES are in place at your track for restrictor plate and gears and what the track size and banking is. (flat/med/high)  ?  Trying to get better competition and more passing (sounds like NASCAR!!!) .  The Bandos at this track have 3 gear/driver choices and run the red plate on a 1/3 oval with moderate banking.  It is a flat foot it track.  Just looking for info.  If you  don't want to name the track for some reason, that is cool also, don't need the names.  Thanks   8)
